Training Course Registration Form
Zetec's customized training, performed at the Zetec Training Center or your facility, helps address the unique educational needs of your field.
Please select the course you desire and provide us with your contact information below. If you have any questions, please contact the Training Center Registrar at 800-643-1771 (US only) or (425) 974-2687.
Registration Confirmation
Zetec will contact you within 5 business days to confirm available space and receive payment information. Zetec, Inc. accepts registration irrespective of race, sex, color or national origin. This includes, but is not limited to, admissions, employment, and education services.
Cancellation Policy
Notification to Zetec, of your intent to cancel a confirmed reservation may be made up to eight (8) days before the class with no penalty. Confirmed registrations canceled seven (7) days or less before the course start date are liable for the entire fee. All cancellations must be sent to Zetec in writing (mail, E-mail or fax). If we do not hear from you by the first day of the course, and you do not show up, you will be liable for the entire course fee.
Cancelled Prepaid Courses
Within a one-year period, either the student, or another student from the same company may apply the fee for prepaid course to enrollment in another Zetec Training activity.
Course Cancellation
Zetec, Inc. reserves the right to change and/or cancel scheduled courses for any reason without financial obligation. Should that become necessary, Zetec, Inc. will notify all registrants at least one week prior to the start date. Please purchase airline tickets accordingly.
American Disabilities Act
Participants needing special accommodations should contact the Training Center two weeks prior to the scheduled course date to make the necessary arrangements. If you are unable to attend the course, please let us know immediately so we may cancel any previously arranged accommodations.
