Zetec offers high-quality UT probes and dedicated wedges for TOFD weld inspections providing you with high-acquisition speed, accurate positioning of indications and we also offer scanners for performing semi- and fully automated TOFD inspection.
With high performance acquisition like the ZIRCON™ or the DYNARAY product line, you can combine TOFD inspection with phased array UT for a full and complete examination of your weld.
In addition, UltraVision 3 offers specific software tools and features to enhance your data analysis efficiency, such calibration tools and TOFD data processing (lateral wave synchonization and removal, SAFT algorithm).
