UltraVision offers many advanced features and tools that improve the efficiency of UT inspections. Its graphical and numerical features allow fast and reliable interpretation of acquired UT signals.   Data analysis features include detection of suspected indications as well as the discrimination between actual flaw indications and signals originating from component geometry and weld structure. UltraVision measures length and throughwall depth of flaws. Inspection parameters and results are delivered in a professional report format for customer inspection records.   All system operations have a similar interface that eliminates additional training when operators switch from one type of acquisition unit to another. UltraVision supports user access permissions that are set by an administrator or procedure developer. Built-in security levels ensure that critical test parameters remain unchanged by test operators.   UltraVision software drives the conventional UT systems µTomoscan, Tomoscan III UT and Z-Scan UT, as well as the phased array units Tomoscan III PA, OmniScan PA and Z-Scan PA. UltraVision adapts to any hardware configuration and operates efficiently on small laptop computers as well as high-end desktop workstations.
