Slip Rings
Slip Ring assemblies use advanced technology to transfer electrical signals from a stationary probe extension cable to the probe pusher's rotating take-up drum, reducing signal noise and system stress caused by cable twisting. Special low-noise bearings improve signal-to-noise ratio and minimize "system noise" during data acquisition.
Completely enclosed within a rugged metal housing, Zetec's slip ring assemblies provide high reliability in harsh environments. Damage from foreign objects or contamination is nearly impossible. Built to rigid specifications, the slip ring assembly is virtually maintenance free with an extended operating life.
For optimum cable routing that reduces connector stress, all slip ring models have 90-degree connector fittings.
