Model III Controller and Power Supply
The Variable-Speed Probe Pusher Control System Model III controls the speed and direction of probe travel with the 3D, High-Speed 3D, and 4D Probe Pushers. Use Model III for:
Balance-of-Plant Inspections
Upgrade of Model I or Model II Control Systems
Tube end detection with MIZ-28
Automatic probe pusher control features with MIZ-28
The encoder feedback feature provides accurate axial positioning. Operators can set probe travel distance to automatically stop the probe pusher when the probe reaches the set distance. For reverse travel, Auto Shut-Off occurs when the encoder reads the zero position.

For remote pusher control from the MIZ-28 keyboard, add the Model III to your High-Speed 3D Probe Pusher. The forward, reverse, and jog speeds are set with the Model III Controller. It also enables a Set Threshold feature so the MIZ-28 can automatically detect the tube end. With complete setup control, the operator can select and display the data file with a signal that represents a known tube end. Once set, the MIZ-28 triggers whenever it receives a signal of that size on the specified channel.
