Medical / Prescription / Dental / Vision
Zetec offers a comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, and vision benefits plans. The company covers about 75% of the premiums for employees and all dependents. Benefits begin the 1st of the month the following full time employment hire date.
Retirement Savings (401k) and Profit Sharing
Zetec offers a generous 401(k) savings plan with 13 fund choices and a company match of up to 4.5%. In addition, Zetec will contribute 3% of the employee’s salary to the employee’s 401(k) plan for profit sharing, for a total of up to 7.5% company contribution. Employees are eligible for this benefit the 1st of the month after hire date.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Zetec provides generous PTO awards based upon an employee’s length of service.
Paid Holiday Schedule
Zetec provides employees with 11 paid holidays per calendar year.
Disability Insurance
Zetec provides short-term disability insurance to all employees and pays 100% of the premiums. This benefit pays 60% of base wages for the duration of disability for up to six months. Long term disability insurance is an optional benefit paid for by the employee.
Life Insurance
Zetec provides life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance to all employees and pays 100% of the premiums. The life insurance value is one and a half times the employee’s annual salary up to a maximum benefit of $50,000 for life and AD&D. Supplemental life insurance is also available at additional cost to the employee.
Employee Stock Purchase Plan
Employees may purchase Roper Industries, Inc. stock through payroll deduction with no broker fees and no commissions, after six (6) months of employment with the Company. Employees receive an approximate 5% discount. The purchase period is quarterly.
Flexible Spending Program
A Section 125 Plan is offered to provide employees with pre-tax savings. Medical and dependent care accounts are available, as well as pre-tax premiums for employee costs. There are no administration costs to employees associated with the plan.
