Medical / Prescription / Dental / Vision
Zetec offers comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, and vision benefits plans. The company covers 100% of the premiums for employees and all dependents. Benefits begin on the first day of employment for all eligible employees.
Disability Insurance
Zetec provides a solid short-term and long-term disability insurance plan.
Life Insurance
Zetec provides life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance and pays 100% of the premiums. The life insurance value is two times the employee’s base annual salary. Supplemental life insurance is also available at additional cost to the employee.
Group RRSP
Zetec offers a RRSP plan with a company match of up to 4% of an employee’s salary. Employees are eligible for this benefit after three months of service.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Zetec provides generous PTO awards based upon an employee’s length of service. Zetec also takes into consideration any previous relevant experience when determining an employee’s annual holiday allowance.
Paid Holidays
Zetec provides employees with 11 paid holidays per calendar.
Leave for personal reasons
Zetec grants each eligible employee five days of paid leave for personal reasons per calendar year. This additional vacation expresses Zetec’s commitment to promoting the work-life balance of its employees.
Employee Stock Purchase Plan
Employees may purchase Roper Industries, Inc. stock through payroll deduction with no broker fees and no commissions, after six (6) months of employment with the Company. Employees receive an approximate 5% discount. The purchase period is quarterly.
